Hypermediated Architecture, curated by Martinez Barat Lafore. Villa Noailles, Hyères, 8 Feb — 15 Mar 2020.
Six architecture practices were invited to choose a ‘superstar’ and design a villa in the form of a model or an installation. Following-up from the themes explored in issue #6, Accattone and its team present a territorial, post-sedentary ‘villa’ dedicated to the tutelary figure of Greta Thunberg, that confronts the changing climate regime through the human, plant and animal migrations it entails. The research in progress is recorded in a poster that broadens the subject matter beyond the immediacy of the large, planted model.
